Welcome to Kassaro ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.onekassaro.com (the "Site") and our services.
Kassaro is a textile design studio and manufacturer based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We specialize in hand-painted textiles, block-printed fabrics, private label manufacturing (ODM/OEM), and global textile exports.
By accessing or using our Site, submitting inquiries, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Eligibility — B2B Only
Our Site and services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions only – fashion houses, boutiques, distributors, and retailers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers for personal use.
By using our Site and services, you represent that:
- You are a business entity or authorized representative of a business
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
- You will provide accurate and complete business information
Business Verification: We reserve the right to verify business credentials (e.g., GSTIN, business license) before processing orders.
3. External Links and Social Media
Our Site may contain links to external websites, blogs, and social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Important: We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for external websites. Your use of external links is at your own risk. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
We maintain profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Your interaction with our social media accounts is governed by those platforms' terms and policies.
Orders & Payments
4. Orders and Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders are binding only after our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified
- Prices exclude GST, shipping, customs duties, and taxes
- Clients are responsible for all import duties and taxes in their country
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice (existing quotes remain honored)
6. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

7. Payment Terms
- 50% advance required to begin production
- 50% balance due before shipment
- Payment methods: Bank transfer (wire transfer), PayPal (additional fees may apply)
- Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month
- Production may be paused for overdue accounts

9. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship using reputable international carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-15 business days)
- Incoterms: EXW (Ex Works) Jaipur unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon shipment (EXW terms)
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We provide commercial invoices and required documentation. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Intellectual Property
11. Our Intellectual Property
All content on our Site is owned by Kassaro or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

12. Your Intellectual Property
When you submit designs, artwork, or specifications to us:
- You retain ownership of your intellectual property
- You grant us a license to use your IP solely to fulfill your order
- We will not use your proprietary designs for other clients
- We treat all client designs and specifications as confidential
- We are available to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
13. Returns Policy
Standard Policy (Wholesale/Private Label): We do not accept returns for custom or private label orders. Returns for stock items may be accepted within 14 days of receipt (restocking fee applies). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
14. Quality Issues
If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
The following are not considered defects: Natural variations in hand-painted or block-printed textiles, minor color variations from digital samples, and normal wear and tear.
15. Cancellations
- Cancellations before production starts: 50% of deposit forfeited
- Cancellations after production starts: Deposit forfeited in full
- No cancellations accepted after shipment
Legal & Liability
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, delays caused by events outside our control, customs delays, or third-party shipping carrier issues.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kassaro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or other events outside our reasonable control. If a force majeure event occurs, we will notify you and work to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
- Negotiation: We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, binding mediation in Jaipur
- Arbitration: As a last resort, arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
20. GDPR Compliance for European Clients
For clients and individuals within the European Economic Area (EEA), Kassaro voluntarily complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

General Provisions
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kassaro regarding your use of our Site and services, superseding any prior agreements.
23. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due, and unshipped orders may be cancelled.
